Gathering the right team in place to help you is the first thing you should think of when starting a business. It’s ridiculous for you to spend your precious time doing things that you’re not good at.

As the Business Owner you can focus on doing things that matter and the tasks  you’re good at. This is where Relaunch Your Life comes in. We Specialise in helping babyboomer business owners who are tired, worn—out and over it reignite the spark back into their business and life. 

For those of you who run a business, it is important to realise that you can’t do it all on your own. It’s impossible for an entrepreneur to develop a successful business if they have to do everything from internal tasks like administration or bookkeeping, to external affairs like marketing, sales, etc. all on their own.

No matter what industry you are in, you will need a support team or at least a virtual assistant (VA) to help you keep everything running smoothly & efficient.

For example, many entrepreneurs & business owners including myself, hate bookkeeping. It’s not that we can’t do it, we just don’t like being involved in it, or we just find it so hard to do properly. If you’re like me, there’s absolutely no reason why you shouldn’t hire a bookkeeper to do bookkeeping for you.

By hiring a bookkeeper to do the complicated & boring bookkeeping that would take you hours to do, you can utilise those hours to come up with a magnificent business plan and marketing strategies instead. So if you’ve got the money to hire one, don’t hesitate, do it.

I must repeat: when it comes to entrepreneurship, there’s no need for you to do it all alone.People will not judge you nor will they criticise you for getting the help you need.

If you insist on doing it all on your own, exhaustion & burnout are the only things that you are going to get.

According to my own experience with my clients & colleagues, almost everybody will need some sort of virtual assistant or admin assistant to some degree at certain periods of their business.

It’s impossible to run a business and run a family at the same time on your own and expect good results from both of them. Develop your team, get help and build a strong Business and Family.

My last piece of advice for you regarding asking for help from others. Be careful from whom you get your advice to run your business.Make sure that whoever you listen to has the intention to help you grow your business, has been in business before, and they know what they are talking about.

Plus, don’t confuse yourself by listening to a lot of people. Different people have gone down different path’s when they run their own business. They will give you different advice & solutions. Pick one that you trust & are comfortable with. Look for a strong track record and stay consistent with them.
